Renewing Minds. Transforming Lives.

A partner in your journey to healthier living, from the inside out.

Out with the old, in with the renewed.

We’ve done away with industry-standard rigid timeframes and strict, crisis-only care in favor of relationship-centered therapy that prioritizes Christ-like compassion, vulnerable authenticity and holistic wellness. Why? Because we’ve seen the transformation that happens when you treat people like, well, people. And we want you to see it, too.

Therapy that puts you first

At Renew, we leverage a wide range therapeutic methods, decades of expertise and a highly flexible approach to meet you right where you are and provide customized care.

In-person and remote options

Our office is conveniently located in Campbellsville, Ky. and we’ve worked hard to ensure a comfortable, low-traffic environment for our clients. But we know in-person therapy isn’t always an option, so we offer remote sessions as well.

  • “I started going to therapy during a time where I was completely lost. I remember my first appointment with Rebekah, feeling so nervous and not even quite sure what to say or where to start. Rebekah was so kind and made me feel like I did not have to hide any part of myself. She provided a safe environment without judgement and without a doubt saved my life. I am so thankful to have had such a great learning experience with her. I am now 21, graduated college, fully independent and I am able to use the skills I learned from therapy to navigate my depression. She taught me through my time with her that therapy is not about finding all of the answers but being proud of who I am and loving myself without conditions.” -E, age 21

  • “I met Rebekah at a very low point in my life. I was suffering from a Major Depressive episode. I was experiencing panic attacks 3 or 4 times a day and I was having a hard time functioning. Rebekah has taught me healthy techniques and helped me address stressors when they first occur instead of suppressing them. I am very grateful for everything Rebekah has taught me.” -S, age 38

  • “Rebekah has helped me work through a lot of things and I’m now in a much better place than I was before. Not just mentally & emotionally, but in my life in general. She’s a great therapist and I highly recommend her!” -M, age 28

  • “No pun intended, but in a sense I feel renewed after leaving the office. I feel like sometimes I get questions answered that I didn’t even ask. And just after a few sessions I feel like Rebekah knows me and truly seeks to understand my feelings and validates me and encourages me to be my self.”

  • “My therapist has made me more comfortable with professional mental health services overall, allowing me to more confidently seek advanced forms of care, specific to my needs, that have been instrumental in transforming my life and elevating my overall well-being.”

  • “Coming to Renew Counseling helped me to understand that many of the things I worry about are beyond my control. What is under my control is a very small area, but I do control how I respond to those situations that don’t fall under my control. I also gained great insight into why I was reacting to situations the way I was. Learning to respond has helped me to make positive progress in my personal relationships.”

  • “I have spent most of my life trying to suppress childhood trauma. I came to a point where something had to change. I was struggling to function on a daily basis. The past was no longer something that I could ignore. Renew Counseling has taught me how to address those traumas in safe setting. They have taught me new coping techniques that I use every day.”
